After the Padmavat, the demand for removal of a controversial, disputed scene on ‘Manikarnika’
In Rajasthan, the name of the film is not taken into account. After protests over Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Padmavat, protests have now begun with another film. Let me tell you that some of the things about Kangana Ranaut’s film Manikarnika are being seen in Rajasthan, like Padmavat. The shoot of this film is filmed in some Rajasthan but now the Karani army and all the Brahmin Mahasabha have demanded to remove the disputed scenes from the film.
There is a dispute about the film Manikarnika in Sikar district of Rajasthan. Many people, including the General Secretary of the Mahasabha, Mr. Prem Kumar Khandela, Hemant Bhadra, Kuldeep Singh Sabalpura and Surjbhan Singh, say that if the disputed scenes are not removed from the film then the film will not be allowed to run in entire Rajasthan.
BJP state president and legislator Ashok Paranami said during the interaction with the media that the CM had already clarified that the Rajasthan government will not allow anybody to tamper with history. If there is anything objectionable in the film, then any action will be taken without any delay.
Let me tell you that Kangana’s film ‘Manikarnika’ is being described as the biopic of Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi, who has been a leading freedom fighter in Indian history. However, film makers say that this movie is not a biopic of Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi.
According to reports, the shooting of this film has been shot in Jhunjhunun district of Rajasthan. The producer has also shot some scenes in Jaipur’s Amer Fort and in Jodhpur, Mehrangarh.
Previously, Kangana Ranaut’s previous movie Simran was not able to do any special work at the box office. In such a way, the fiance has great expectations from Kangna’s Manikarnika. Kangana Rani is playing the character of Laxmibai in this movie, and she is very excited about it.
