Rolashebsar / Sikar :  Despite the revision of three years’ exemption limit in the maximum age limit in the SI exams conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, hundreds of candidates of the state will be deprived of this examination, because the Commission has given a one-and-a- Years have been set. The age limit will be calculated from January 2019, in the purview of the age limit issued by the second commission. Therefore, the candidates who were out of this examination will remain out of the examination.

 

The first advertisement of SI Combined Competition Examination 2016 was released on 5 October 2016. A total of 330 posts were to be recruited. Applications for this recruitment were sought during the tenure of the then Chairman of the Commission.

 

Applications were filled from 7 October 2016 to 6 November 2016 and more than 3 lakh candidates applied for 330 posts. Even after filing the application, this recruitment examination could not be held. Due to this recruitment from the state, the demand for amendments in the age limit and the increase in the posts for the recruitment continued.

 

During this period, two chairpersons of Dr. Lalit Pawar and Shyam Sudar Sharma also went through the commission, but the amendment was not done in the age and related posts of this examination. After a delay of about one and a half years, the matter has been amended after the matter has been pending with the state government.

 

Here the unemployed says that the government has already taken one and a half years in the amendment and now the calculation of age limit will also not be available to any candidate for the benefit of this relaxation from January 2019. Outgoing candidates have demanded that calculation of age limit should be considered in 2016.

 

Three lakhs wait for relief

More than three lakh candidates in the state are waiting for the exam. Following the state government’s instructions after waiting for nearly a year and a half, the commission has revised the examination in 2018. Now the commission has issued revised advertisement and more applications will be received from April 24. In this way the number of candidates is likely to increase further.
